Thank you for your interest in WinterWolf Studios! Here is some additional information for you to read over before your shoot day.

What to bring - Please bring your favorite shoot-themed wardrobe, shoes (a few choices would be best), and the rest of your payment. Also, please come with a clean face and hair for your make-up artist, if you’ve booked a package that includes one. Your set may be outdoors, so please bring extra warm clothes for inbetween shots if necessary. Please don't be too early! I will have a model release there for you to sign, which allows you to use your images and print them. We are very relaxed on our shoots, and like to have fun!

Escorts - You may bring an escort along if you wish for the drive and hair/makeup, but I do have a closed set once we’re actually shooting. Friends and family watching the shoot can be very distracting and in the way.

Your shoot! - We do offer posing pointers! Hundreds of images are taken during your shoot, and we do not show these "stock images" after your shoot. You will not see the unedited photos. WinterWolf Studios is a fine-art photography company, so please be aware that we don't work like some rushed commercial companies that let you pick the images and have immediate retouching. When the shoot is complete, the best images are chosen by me and retouched/edited in a fine-art manner, each given personalized attention for full-quality artistic retouching. It will take two to ten days to receive your images depending on my editing queue (well worth the wait though!). The finished images will be e-mailed to you in both resized web versions that you can use anywhere online, and a link will be given to you where you can download the huge high-resolution versions of those edited photos as well, so you can print as many copies as you'd like (the photos can print as large as 30x40) . If we’re shooting outdoors and the weather is poor, we can reschedule at no additional cost. If you’re ill, we can also reschedule for no additional fee.

Mini Sessions - Mini sessions run slightly cheaper than my regular sessions due to the fact that I reserve the day and make-up artist for multiple women, but rest assured, I will not rush your shoot! You will receive your own time slot for your make-up, hair, and shoot. The editing time is the same. If you must reschedule, we will try to find you another day and time at no additional cost for the same of similar theme if possible.
